It was one of those days when we came home hungry and had nothing quick to make for dinner. I made pizza dough and shredded the chicken. I used BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese instead of tomato sauce and mozzarella. It was really good! I’ve used cooked-ahead chicken to make BBQ pizza. This is the first site that I feel totally comfortable at as I am in So Cal too and recoginize the stores and sale prices listed. I think I found my new favorite blog. Is there any more So. Cal coupon/savings blog around that you know of? I would love to support local bloggers. and I can't wait to try your chicken methods (even though I only have one stock pot) and some of the recipes they all sound very good! and we are a chicken family we don't consume much beef.
