Today will be the first phase of Easter Markdowns at Target. The starting markdown the day after any holiday is 50% off. Easter is my favorite holiday to stock up on gifts for our birthday box because the toys are generally NOT marked in special packaging that is identifiable with the holiday like it can be for Valentine’s or Christmas! My best buy yet were Hot Wheels Truck Transporters for 90% off making them .39!! These are 5.99 on the regular shelf everyday and I used a few for birthdays and a few stocking stuffers!
A few things to keep your eyes open for today (off the top of my head) because they will probably NOT make it to the 75% off (which will probably be Thursday) and definitely not the 90% off (which will probably be Sunday).

What tends to still be around for 75% and 90% are the clothes, socks, baskets, grass and decore.
In the past Target has stuck hard and fast to their holiday markdown schedule, but I think realized dealseekers were on to it and have started shaking it up the past year or two hence my “probably” qualification. I will do my best to report the markdowns as they happen. If you see they change before I report please let us know!! Don’t forget to shop the return carts! That is where I find my best deals!!
