Generally I shy away from New Years Resolutions. I feel bad when I don’t attain them and who likes to feel bad? This year though, my goal list is long and I needed to hammer out what is important, so when I was asked to participate in Tropicana’s Trop50 True Resolutions campaign I sat down and picked out my Top 3 Priorities. The goal of all 3 = a healthier 2012!
My Goals
1. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day – 5 days a week. Include my family in the exercise at least twice a week.
2. Watch my caloric intake and eat my 5 fruits and vegetables 7 days a week!
3. Drink less Diet Coke.

I did this deal last year — paired with a rockin cereal sale and FREE Milk deal at Albertsons which had me paying less than 50¢ a box and scoring FREE Milk.
